How it works
From scattered symptoms to a summary your clinician can use.
Selihc Health helps you record what happens between appointments, measure it the way clinicians do, and share it on your terms. It never makes a diagnosis.
1. Record what happens, as it happens
Each entry takes under two minutes and saves as you type, so nothing is lost if you stop halfway.
Symptom history
Pick from a plain-language list or write your own words. Add when it started and how it affects you now.
Flares
Start a flare with one tap. Add what you feel, what might have set it off and photos, then mark it over when it ends.
Photos
Rashes, hives, bruising, swelling, stretch marks and scars. Location data and other hidden details are removed when you upload.
Medicines
What you take, and what you noticed after starting it.
Family history
Each relative once, with every condition you know of.
Lab results
Record results as written, with the time they were taken. The app shows the values you recorded and does not interpret them.
Tests and reports
Genetic tests, heart scans, eye exams, biopsies and more. Copy what the report says; no file upload is needed.
2. Measure the way clinicians do
The stand test follows the NASA 10-minute lean test or an active stand test, step by step. A helper must be with you the whole time: they take the readings and watch for signs of fainting. One tap ends the test.
Stop the test and sit or lie down right away if
- you faint, or feel like you are about to faint
- chest pain starts
- symptoms become severe, or you want to stop for any reason
Some lab tests depend on timing. When you log a flare, the app shows the time window for a lab draw your clinician has ordered, so the timing is clear to everyone.
3. Share a summary you control
Your summary organizes your records against the published criteria for each condition. Each part of the criteria gets one of three statuses.
Evidence recorded
Something you logged relates to this item, with a link back to the entry.
Not yet recorded
Nothing logged for this item yet. The summary says so plainly.
Requires clinician exam
Some items, like a joint exam, can only be done by a clinician.
In my words
An optional short summary drafted from your own notes. You edit it before anyone sees it.
Review first
Nothing can be shared until you read the summary and mark it reviewed.
PDF or private link
Print it, download it, or send a link that expires in 14 days. Turn a link off at any time and see each time it was opened.
4. Walk in prepared
Plan each appointment: who it is with, the questions you want answered, and a referral request if you need one. Print it as a single sheet to bring along.
What Selihc Health will never do
- Name a condition for you, or give you a score
- Interpret your readings or lab results
- Tell you to change medicines, fluids or salt
- Share anything without your say
