For clinicians

A patient summary you can read in minutes.

Patients use Selihc Health to record symptoms, home stand tests, flares, photos and history, then share a summary organized against published criteria. It presents evidence. It does not diagnose, score or interpret.

What the summary contains

Evidence by criterion
Every item of the published criteria set, with its criterion text marked for clinician review and one of three statuses.
Linked source entries
Each status links to the entries behind it: symptom history with onset, stand test readings as a chart and a table, flare timelines with lab draw times, photos, medicines with the response the patient noticed, family history, and tests and reports the patient copied from their records.
In the patient's words
An optional short summary drafted only from the patient's own entries, which the patient reviewed and edited.
Visit questions
The questions the patient wants to cover, and a referral request if they made one.
Each criterion appears beside the evidence recorded for it, for the clinician to review.

Three statuses, no verdicts

The summary never states that a criterion is met, never counts items and never gives a likelihood. Each item shows one of these, and the decision stays with you.

  • Evidence recorded

Something you logged relates to this item, with a link back to the entry.

  • Not yet recorded

Nothing logged for this item yet. The summary says so plainly.

  • Requires clinician exam

Some items, like a joint exam, can only be done by a clinician.

How the evidence was collected

  • Home stand tests follow the NASA 10-minute lean test or an active stand protocol, with a helper present. Readings are shown as recorded.
  • Items that need a physical exam are never marked as recorded from patient entries. A patient's own check is labeled self-reported.
  • Lab results are shown as written, with their draw times relative to flares. The app does not compare values.
  • Tests and reports (genetic tests, scans, biopsies) are what the patient copied from each report, with no file attached. A genetic result's classification is shown as the lab worded it and never read by the app.
  • Everything is recorded by the patient and has not been verified by a clinician.

The criteria behind it

Criteria are versioned data with source citations, never written into the app. Each summary records the version it used, says when a set is classification criteria written for research, and quotes how the published criteria combine, for reference only.
