Is Selihc Health free?
Yes. It is free for patients.
Does it diagnose me?
No. It organizes what you record against published criteria so a clinician can review it. Only a clinician can diagnose a condition.
Which conditions does it cover?
Connective tissue conditions: hEDS and HSD, Classical EDS, Vascular EDS, Classical-like EDS, Periodontal EDS, Cardiac-valvular EDS, Arthrochalasia EDS, Dermatosparaxis EDS, Kyphoscoliotic EDS, Brittle cornea syndrome, Spondylodysplastic EDS, Musculocontractural EDS, Myopathic EDS, Marfan syndrome, and Loeys-Dietz syndrome. Autonomic conditions: POTS. Mast cell conditions: MCAS. Autoimmune conditions: Lupus (SLE), Rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's disease, and Systemic sclerosis. Whatever your situation, you can record symptoms, flares, medicines, test results, reports and photos, and share them.
I do not have a diagnosis yet. Can I still use it?
Yes. It is made for people who are still looking for answers. Record what happens and bring the summary to your next appointment.
Do I need someone with me for the stand test?
Yes. A helper stays beside you the whole time. They take the readings and watch for signs of fainting, and either of you can stop the test with one tap.
Who can see my records?
Only you. A clinician sees your summary only if you send them a link or give them the PDF. Links expire after 14 days, and you can turn one off sooner.
Does my clinician need an account?
No. They open the link you send, or read the PDF.
Will the app tell me to change my medicines?
No. It never tells you to change medicines, fluids or salt. Talk with your clinician about any change.
Is my information used to train AI?
We do not use your records to train AI models. If you ask for an “In my words” draft, the labels and notes from your entries are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to write it, and nothing is sent otherwise.
Where is my information stored?
Right now, Selihc Health is a prototype for sample data only. Before it accepts real health information, it will run on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure, with business associate agreements in place.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen. It needs an internet connection, and your records are not stored on the phone.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings and choose Delete my account. Your records, photos, summaries and share links are deleted with it.
Can a family member or friend help?
Yes. A helper can sit with you for the stand test and help you enter records on your account. Separate helper accounts are not available yet.
